Calipso 300 Zebra

Not happy with how the return policy is. I received a pair of shoes that was too small. Was trying to return them? I emailed them for their address to return them. And I kept getting a return email. Just telling me how to return never did. I get the email address. Also, they're gonna give you 15 days. To return I end up having to keep the shoes because I didn't. I wasn't able to return and within that time. Because I couldn't get the correct information to return. I'm not happy and don't think I will ever buy for them again.
